ASLAS offers free shipping on orders over S/.350.

Orders are typically processed the next business day, excluding holidays and during periods of high volume. As soon as we begin packing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to load.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.

Regular shipping S/.9 Your order will be delivered by our delivery service within 2 to 5 business days.
Sending province S/.19 Your order will be sent via Olva Courier, which will be coordinated in advance to ensure delivery on the agreed-upon day and shipping address. Delivery times vary between 7 and 10 business days.
Express shipping S/.20 We accept express orders for orders placed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM at the latest. This service is valid only for metropolitan Lima.

Shipping Policies

Once the transaction is completed, ASLAS undertakes to send the products within two (2) to ten (10) business days, and deliver them to the address designated by the user.

Business days are considered to be those that run from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays or public holidays.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is correctly provided.

If there is a change in the delivery address provided during the purchase, it will be the user's responsibility to inform ASLAS before the product is shipped for delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided, ASLAS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or overcharged shipments. However, we will not issue refunds.

ASLAS guarantees up to two delivery attempts to the address designated by the user. If delivery cannot be completed on the second attempt, ASLAS will contact the user to inform them that they must pick up their order at the ASLAS offices.

The user may request a third attempt; however, the user will be responsible for the shipping costs.
