EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Once you receive your order, you have 7 calendar days to return it. Please note that the return must be received at our warehouse within 7 days. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All tags must remain attached. Any returns received that do not meet the requirements of our return policy may be rejected.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the user may return it within a period of up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. To return the product, the user must contact ASLAS to arrange the return.

To qualify for a refund, products must not have been used, show any wear or damage, and must have their original labels and packaging, as delivered to the user.

The user is responsible for returning the product, following the instructions provided by the brand. All product returns go through a quality control process, where their condition is verified to be suitable for return.

Once your refund request has been processed, ASLAS will send a message confirming the approval or rejection of your request.

If the failure is due to a product defect, the user may request an exchange for an identical product in perfect condition, or may exchange it for any product in the store, considering a credit equal to the price paid for the returned product. It should be noted that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, regular wear, cracks, or theft.
